One Global Service Provider's board has approved key strategic moves.

The company will acquire a 51% stake in Matrix Labs Diagnocare Private Limited (MLDPL) and Matrix Labs Private Limited (MLPL) for a total consideration of approximately 39.54 Cr through a share swap.

This aims to significantly boost its presence in the medical diagnostics and IVD sector.

MLDPL reported a turnover of 171.30 Cr and MLPL 8.92 Cr (FY25). Additionally, the board approved increasing the authorized share capital from 25.05 Cr to 50.00 Cr and the appointment of new statutory and internal auditors, subject to shareholder approval.
