Australian Premium Solar (India) Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Appointment of M/s. Dharti Patel & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary, as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of 5 (five) consecutive years commencing from the financial year 2026-27 till the financial year 2030-31 subject to the approval of members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
