Oriental Rail Infrastructure, via its subsidiary Oriental Foundry, has partnered with VNICTT, United Wagon Company's design arm, for a technology development agreement.

This collaboration focuses on designing a 25-tonne axle-load bogie and a solid-bottom gondola car.

The initiative will leverage international expertise to enhance ORIL's product portfolio with higher payload capacity and improved operating efficiency.

This move strengthens the company's advanced rolling stock capabilities and expands its presence in the modernizing Indian freight railway sector, aiming to create long-term value for shareholders.
