EAST INDIA DRUMS AND BARRELS MANUFACTURING LTD has informed shareholders that its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM), previously slated for September 28, 2026, has been rescheduled.

The AGM will now be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 03:30 P.M.

The meeting will continue to be conducted via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means.

All other arrangements and details for the AGM remain unchanged.

Shareholders should note this date revision for participation.
