Mini Diamonds' Board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Upendra Narottamdas Shah as Managing Director for a three-year term, effective March 1, 2027, pending shareholder approval.

Mr. Shah, with over 50 years of extensive experience in the Gems and Jewellery Industry, will continue to lead the company.

His reappointment ensures experienced leadership continuity.

Notably, Mr. Shah is the father of Mr. Ronish U. Shah, the company's Executive Director.
