Mangal Compusolution will hold its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 12:30 PM (IST) via Video Conferencing.

Shareholders can participate and vote electronically.

The Board has proposed a final dividend of 5%, or ₹0.50 per equity share of face value ₹10, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, pending AGM approval.

The record date for dividend eligibility is Wednesday, September 16, 2026. Share transfer books will be closed from September 17 to September 24, 2026, for the AGM and dividend.
