Shareholders will have access to e-voting facilities.

To be eligible for e-voting, shareholders must be on record by the cut-off date of September 21, 2026. Remote e-voting commences September 25, 2026 (9:00 AM) and closes September 27, 2026 (5:00 PM). This allows all eligible shareholders to participate and cast their votes conveniently.
