Shine Fashions (India) Limited has scheduled its Seventh Annual General Meeting for shareholders on Wednesday, September 30th, 2026. Crucially, remote e-voting will be open from Sunday, September 27th, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. until Tuesday, September 29th, 2026, at 5:00 P.M.

The cut-off date for e-voting eligibility is Wednesday, September 23rd, 2026. M/s JPS & Associates will oversee the e-voting as scrutinizer.
