Him Teknoforge Limited's Board has decided to appoint three new Independent Directors, pending shareholder approval.

Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh, a seasoned banking professional, and Mrs. Prerna Sudeep Bokil, an experienced Company Secretary specializing in corporate governance, are set to join.

Additionally, Mr. Purshotam Lal Sharma, with extensive manufacturing leadership experience in the tractor industry, will also be appointed.
