Elitecon International has secured a three-month extension from the Registrar of Companies for holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company applied for the extension due to the resignation of its former Secretarial Auditor.

Consequently, the AGM, originally required by September 30, 2026, can now be held on or before December 31, 2026. This allows Elitecon additional time to complete necessary preparations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements while addressing internal changes.
