I Power Solutions India has announced its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on September 28 at 11:30 AM.

To facilitate the AGM, the company's share transfer books will be closed from September 22 through September 28. Investors holding shares as of September 21 are eligible to participate and vote on resolutions.

Remote e-voting facilities will open on September 25 at 9:00 AM and close on September 27 at 5:00 PM, allowing shareholders to exercise their rights conveniently.
