HDFC Bank is proceeding with an e-auction on October 13, 2026, to recover Rs 45.38 Cr from Camson Bio Technologies by selling commercial property in Bangalore.

The office space, 5810 sq ft, has a reserve price of Rs 2.32 Cr for 50% ownership, totaling Rs 4.64 Cr for the full property.

Separately, Royal Orchid Hotels will hold its 40th Annual General Meeting virtually on September 26, 2026. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 2.5 per share for FY2025-26, pending member approval.
