South Asian Enterprises has announced its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held via video conference.

Shareholders can participate in remote e-voting from September 22-24, 2026, with September 18, 2026, as the cutoff date.

The company urges shareholders to convert physical shares to demat and update their contact details for electronic communications.

Additionally, a special one-year window is open until February 4, 2027, for re-lodging physical share transfer requests for shares sold/purchased before April 1, 2018. These transferred shares will be credited in demat and subject to a one-year lock-in.
