Ontic Finserve's board approved a capital reduction and consolidation.

To offset accumulated losses, ~9 Cr shares of Re.1 will become ~9 Lac shares of Rs.10 (a 100:1 share count reduction). Shareholders vote on this at the Sep 30, 2026, AGM.
