Record Date

TPL Plastech has set September 15, 2026, as the record date for its final dividend for FY2025-2026. Shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible for a dividend of Rs. 1.30 per equity share, subject to approval at the upcoming 33rd AGM on September 22, 2026. Physical shareholders must update KYC details by the record date to receive their dividend.
