Vintage Securities has announced its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, 29th September, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. at its registered office.

The company will present its Annual Report for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026. For the purpose of the AGM, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from 23rd September, 2026, to 29th September, 2026.
