Continental Securities Ltd. has announced a special one-year window to facilitate the transfer and dematerialization of physical shares.

This initiative allows shareholders to re-lodge transfer requests for physical securities acquired prior to April 2019. During this period, all re-lodged shares will be processed exclusively in dematerialized form.

Shareholders holding physical shares are encouraged to submit their transfer deeds and necessary documents to the company's Registrar and Transfer Agent to ensure their holdings are properly updated.
