Mohite Industries has announced its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM). To prepare for the AGM, the company will close its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books for a specific period.

Shareholders registered on the cut-off date are eligible to vote.

The company offers a remote e-voting facility through CDSL, allowing shareholders to cast their votes electronically on the resolutions.
