Faalcon Concepts has released its Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, alongside notice for its 8th Annual General Meeting.

The company reported standalone revenue of ₹30.01 Cr and a profit after tax of ₹2.92 Cr.

On a consolidated basis, revenue stood at ₹33.87 Cr with a profit after tax of ₹3.37 Cr.

Operationally, Faalcon secured new work orders totaling ₹101.92 Cr and ₹5.25 Cr in the current financial year, underscoring its strengthened market position.

The company also increased its authorized share capital to ₹14 Cr and issued new equity shares on a preferential basis.

No dividend was declared, aiming to conserve resources for future growth.
