Hit Kit Global Solutions' Board approved key corporate governance changes.

Mr. Suresh Motilal Jain was re-appointed as Director.

The company appointed M/s. NNJ & Co. as its new Secretarial Auditor for five years and Motilal & Associates LLP as its Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. This follows the resignation of previous Secretarial Auditor, M/s. Nishant Bajaj & Associates, due to other professional commitments.

The Board also finalized the Draft Directors' Report for FY 2025-26 and set the dates for the upcoming Annual General Meeting, including the book closure.
