Company's Board approved the conversion of 3,50,000 warrants into 3,50,000 new equity shares.

This move brings in ₹ 0.1575 Cr for the company, as warrant holders completed their payment of ₹ 4.5 per share.

Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital rose from ₹ 28.64 Cr to ₹ 28.78 Cr, strengthening the company's equity base and converting outstanding warrants into active shares.
