Panther Industrial Products' Board has approved the appointment of M/s R P M G and Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the new Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy.

This appointment requires shareholder approval at the upcoming General Meeting.

The Board also proposed their continued appointment for a five-year term, commencing from the conclusion of that meeting.

M/s R P M G and Associates, a firm established in 2010, brings extensive experience in various audits and is empanelled with several major banks, ensuring robust financial oversight for the company.
