Olatech Solutions' Board has appointed Ms. Amrita Singh as an Additional Executive Director, pending shareholder approval.

She brings over six years of management and business analysis experience and is related to the Managing Director and CFO.

M/s Manoj Agrawal & co. were also appointed as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, filling a vacancy, subject to shareholder approval.

The company has scheduled its 12th Annual General Meeting, where these key appointments and other company business will be presented for approval.
