The company's board has made significant governance updates, appointing Mr. Manmohan Rao Suddhala as Managing Director for one year.

Mrs. Vuddaraju Triveni was re-appointed as an Independent Director for five years, while Mr. Kondaipally Vamshi Krishna and Mr. Nageswara Rao Parimi joined as new Independent Directors for five-year terms, strengthening board oversight.

This led to committee reconstitution.
