RKD Agri & Retail has provided remote E-Voting facilities for its shareholders to vote on resolutions during the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for 29-09-2026 at 11:30 AM.

Remote e-voting will commence on 26-09-2026 at 09:00 a.m. and conclude on 28-09-2026 at 5:00 p.m.

Only shareholders recorded as of the cut-off date, 22-09-2026, are eligible to vote.

Shareholders who have e-voted may still attend the AGM but cannot vote again.

This allows convenient participation for investors.
