Company Update

Balgopal Commercial's Board approved significant changes, including appointing Mr. Amit Bharat Agrawal and Mr. Prakash Shyamsundar Modi as Independent Directors, and Mr. Premkumar Pawankumar Goyal as a Non-Executive Director.

The company also received approval to increase its authorized share capital from Rs 24 Crores to Rs 32 Crores.

A proposal to change the company name to "DREAMAX ENTERPRISES LIMITED" was also greenlit.

These key decisions, along with material related party transactions, are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 44th Annual General Meeting on September 30.
