Kanungo Financiers' board made several key decisions.

They approved the upcoming Annual General Meeting and the Directors' Report for the last financial year.

The board also approved the appointment of two new independent directors: Mr. Devesh Bhati, a Company Secretary, and Mrs. Garima Gupta, a Chartered Accountant.

These appointments, along with the proposed shift of the company's registered office from Gujarat to Maharashtra, will require shareholder approval.

Furthermore, the board approved M/s. Suvarna & Katdare as the new Statutory Auditors to fill a vacancy, also pending shareholder endorsement.
