The company's Board recently accepted the resignation of M/s. NSVR & Associates LLP, their Statutory Auditors, citing significant manpower and resource constraints.

To fill this vacancy, the Board has appointed M/s. SNMR & Associates as the new Statutory Auditors for the financial year 2026-27 and put forward their continued appointment for the next five years, subject to shareholder approval.
