Company Update

Diamant Infrastructure Limited's Board has approved the proposed appointment of two new Non-Executive Independent Directors, Mr. Jigar Hasmukhrai Kamdar and Mr. Balkisan Satyanarayan Bang, effective 29th September 2026. These appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Kamdar brings over three decades of experience across manufacturing, financial services, construction, and infrastructure.

Mr. Bang, a Fellow Member of ICAI, has over four decades of experience in audits, tax regulations, and corporate governance.

These additions aim to strengthen the company's board with diverse professional expertise and enhance governance.
