Adcon Capital Services' Board has approved several key decisions.

Mr. Piyush Saraf was re-appointed as a director, and Mr. Suman Das was re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term.

The company will seek shareholder approval to increase its authorized share capital, which requires an amendment to its Memorandum of Association.

M/s. Nishant Bajaj & Associates resigned as Secretarial Auditor, and M/s. NNJ & Co. was appointed for a five-year term.
