Mr. Vimal Laljibhai Kalaria's appointment as an Additional Independent Director for five years also awaits shareholder approval.

Further crucial votes include waiving excess remuneration for a director and increasing overall managerial remuneration and individual director remuneration limits.

The company's share transfer books will be closed for the AGM.
