U. H. Zaveri Ltd. has announced its 9th Annual General Meeting via video conference on September 28. Shareholders can e-vote from September 24-27, with September 22 as the cut-off date.

The agenda includes approving the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, which saw revenue rise to ₹43.45 Cr, up 37.23%. However, Profit After Tax declined by 73.8% to ₹0.05 Cr due to higher gold costs and Rights Issue expenses.

The company is now debt-free, having repaid ₹12.45 Cr in borrowings, supported by a ₹20.39 Cr Rights Issue.

Changes in statutory and secretarial auditors are also on the agenda.
