Tata Motors has launched an all-cash tender offer for Iveco Group at EUR 14.1 per share, valuing it at EUR 3.82 billion.

This move aims to create a global commercial vehicle leader with combined revenues exceeding EUR 21 billion (INR 2,28,000 Cr+), leveraging complementary strengths.

Iveco's board supports the acquisition.
