Company Update

Tarini International will hold its 27th Annual General Meeting on September 30 to consider and adopt its audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026. Shareholders will vote on re-appointing Mr. Vakamulla Chandrashekhar as a Director and as Managing Director for three years without remuneration.

Mrs. V. Anu Naidu is also proposed for re-appointment as Whole-time Director for three years, with a monthly salary of 0.016 Cr plus benefits.

Crucially, approval is sought for material related party transactions totaling Rs. 150 Cr with its group entities, vital for business operations and supporting subsidiaries.
