RDB Real Estate Constructions Limited has announced its 08th Annual General Meeting, which will be held virtually via video conferencing or other audio-visual means.

Shareholders will have the option to cast their votes through remote e-voting prior to the meeting.

The remote e-voting window will open and close a few days before the AGM.

Shareholders can also vote during the virtual meeting if they haven't already.
