Purity Flexpack Limited (PFL) shareholders have approved significant changes to the company's Memorandum of Association, broadening its business scope.

The company can now manufacture and deal in an expanded range of products.

This includes soap, cosmetics, various paper and pulp products, a wide array of laminates and packaging materials, and diverse rubber and plastic goods, encompassing industrial components and consumer items like tyres and shoes.

This strategic move aims to diversify PFL's operations, potentially opening new market segments and growth avenues for the company.
