Aurionpro Solutions has set September 22, 2026, as the Record Date for its final dividend.

The Board, at its May 11, 2026, meeting, proposed a Rs. 2/- (20%) per share final dividend for FY25-26. This dividend requires shareholder approval at the 29th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026. If approved, eligible members on the Record Date will receive payment within 30 days.
