Garware Synthetics Limited has announced its 57th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on Wednesday, 30th September, 2026, at 11:00 A.M.

Shareholders can attend through video or other audio-visual means, as physical presence is not permitted.

The Annual Report for FY2025-26 has been distributed electronically and is accessible online.

Remote e-voting for resolutions will be available from Sunday, 27th September, 2026, to Tuesday, 29th September, 2026. The cut-off date for voting eligibility is Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026. The company’s share transfer books will close from 24th September to 30th September, 2026.
