Advik Capital's board has appointed M/s. MASAR & Co. as new Statutory Auditors, with their long-term appointment to be put to shareholders at the upcoming 41st Annual General Meeting.

The board also approved certain related party transactions, pending shareholder endorsement.

Two Independent Directors, Mr. Devender Kumar Garg (citing health) and Mr. Rajnish Kumar Gupta (citing personal commitments), resigned, leading to the immediate reconstitution of board committees.

The company's 41st AGM will convene virtually to address these key governance updates.
