ERP Soft Systems' Board has accepted the resignation of Mr. Rathnakara Reddy Avileli as an Independent Director due to personal reasons.

Concurrently, Mr. Kameswara Rao Anapu has been appointed as an Additional Independent Director for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval.

Mr. Anapu brings over 20 years of IT industry experience, which is expected to support the company's strategic planning and technology initiatives.

The Board also approved the Directors Report for the last financial year and finalized the schedule for the 32nd Annual General Meeting.

These changes reflect adjustments to the board's composition and preparations for the upcoming shareholder meeting.
