Thirani Projects has announced its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 30, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. through video conferencing.

Ahead of the AGM, the company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 24 to September 30, inclusive.

This means shareholders intending to transfer shares or update their address/bank mandate should complete these actions by September 23 to ensure their eligibility and updated records for the meeting.
