Aartech Solonics' Board has put forward a final dividend of Re.

0.125 per equity share for FY2025-26. This payout is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 44th AGM.

The company has designated Tuesday, September 22, 2026, as the cutoff date to identify shareholders eligible for this dividend.

If approved, payment will be processed within 30 days of the AGM.
