Filmcity Media Limited has announced its 32nd Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM in Mumbai.

The company has dispatched the AGM notice and Annual Report for FY 2025-26 to shareholders.

Remote e-voting will be available from September 26, 2026, 9:00 a.m., until September 28, 2026, 5:00 p.m.

The cut-off date for voting eligibility is September 22, 2026. Shareholders can attend the meeting after remote e-voting but cannot vote again.

The company’s share transfer books will be closed from September 23 to September 29, 2026, for the AGM.
