RIR has set Tuesday, September 22, 2026, as the Record Date.

Shareholders on this date are eligible for the Final Dividend of Rs.0.10 per share for FY2025-26. If approved at the 57th AGM on September 29, 2026, the dividend will be paid within 30 days.

This Record Date also determines eligibility for e-voting at the AGM.
