Innovision Limited has received an order from the Additional Commissioner, CBIC, demanding recovery of tax and penalty totaling Rs 20.98 Cr.

This is due to a dispute raised by the department in filed GSTR returns for FY 2019-20 and FY 2023-24. The company is currently evaluating the order and plans to challenge it, believing the demand is not sustainable and will not materially impact its financial position or operations.
