Yuranus Infrastructure Limited has set a record date to determine shareholders eligible for the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. Shareholders holding shares by this record date will qualify to receive a final dividend of Rs. 0.10 per equity share.

The dividend payment, if approved by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, will be disbursed after a specified date, subject to applicable tax deductions.
