Piramal Finance (formerly Piramal Capital & Housing Finance) is proceeding with its amalgamation plan with Piramal Corporate Tower Private Limited, Piramal Agastya Offices Private Limited, and DHFL Investments Limited.

The objective is to consolidate operations.

The companies have filed an application with the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, to advance the scheme.
