Gretex Corporate Services Limited has announced a board meeting.

The company will pay a final dividend of 7% (₹0.70 per share) for the year ended March 31, 2026. The record date for this is July 17, 2026. Additionally, the company is proposing to issue 19.51 lakh fully convertible warrants at ₹358 each to non-promoters, raising approximately ₹69.85 Cr.

These warrants are convertible into equity shares within 18 months.

The 18th AGM is scheduled for July 31, 2026.
