Piramal Finance Limited is set to amalgamate with Piramal Corporate Tower Private Limited, Piramal Agastya Offices Private Limited, and DHFL Investments Limited.

This consolidation aims to boost operational synergies, optimize costs, and simplify the group structure, ultimately creating long-term stakeholder value.

As the transferor companies are wholly-owned subsidiaries, no new shares will be issued, ensuring no dilution or change in the existing shareholding of Piramal Finance Limited.

The National Company Law Tribunal has directed a meeting of Piramal Finance's equity shareholders to approve the scheme.
