Studds Accessories has declared an interim dividend of ₹ 3 per equity share for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval.

The company's board meeting also addressed the appointment of a new CFO, Mr. Bharat Goyal, and Mr. Manish Mehta stepping down from CFO to VP-Taxation & Compliance, both effective July 1, 2026. Additionally, Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP has been appointed as internal auditors for FY 2026-27.
